As cold as you

I found this poem in my diary, it was dated December 3rd, 2007 at 2:23 am.I was 17 years young. It was actually a ripped out page I planned on throwing out. But I found it crumpled up in the middle of my diary, clearly I was pissed off haha. Enjoy :)

As Cold As You

  I put up walls and painted them in a shade of grey

because never again will I get my heart broken that way

time has passed and life went on 

never again will I sing a sad song

I blame you for making me this way

 I'm just mad because now
that men after you have to pay

pay the price of dating a girl whose heart is as cold as ice 

who puts up guards and never fights

never fights for what she wants because shes scared 

scared of love, scared of commitment 

you're the one who made me like this 

and karma is a bitch

one day this will all come back to you 

and I hope one day someone makes your heart feel blue

because your the reason why I am as cold as you
